Refund policy

Submit return requests to info@rescuestoryapparel.co within 7 days of receipt of order. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for your return. Allow 3 business days for an email response with return instructions or a request for more information.

Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and free from blemishes or damage. Rescue Story reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine condition before entertaining any return requests. Rescue Story does not refund original shipping charges. ***Please check size and measurement charts as well as product descriptions and garment details carefully before purchasing to minimize returns.*** Rescue Story processes returns to the original form of payment.
