What is your return and refund policy?

Customers must submit return requests to info@rescuestoryapparel.co within 7 days of receipt of order per our refund policy. Include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for your return. Please allow 3 business days for an email response with return instructions or a request for more information.

Returned items must be unworn, in new condition (with all accessories attached), and free from blemishes or damage. Rescue Story reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine condition before entertaining any return requests. Rescue Story does not refund original shipping charges.

Rescue Story occasionally includes free gifts with orders. These free gifts are not to be construed as part of the product (see individual product pages for complete product descriptions). Rescue Story reserves the right to include or not include any free gift in an order. If customers do not receive a gift with their order, Rescue Story is not obligated to refund any portion of the order or offer any replacement item.

 

Can I return and get a refund for a sale item?

We don’t offer any returns or refunds for sale items. Please carefully consider size charts and product descriptions before purchasing any sale item.

 

Do you accept exchanges?

We don’t accept exchanges for apparel items, but please refer to our returns and refunds policy if you want to return an item.

 

Can I return or get a refund for an item I received as a gift?

If you want to return an item you received as a gift, you need to have the gift giver (purchaser) initiate the return request, which must be in accordance with our return and refund policy.

 

What is your shipping policy?

Rescue Story processes all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and any other days specifically noted/updated on this page as they arise) of receiving them. You will receive a notification when we ship your order.

There is always the possibility of unforeseen shipping delays due to holiday shipping volumes and postal service problems that are outside of our, so all customers who place orders acknowledge these possible delays by confirming their order using our checkout process.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders of more than $100.

What size t-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt should I choose and do you have a size chart?

Our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are unisex fit and sizing (we do not sell garments labeled or intended as a 'women's cut' or 'women's fit' or 'women's size') and we provide a size chart (product measurement chart) in every product description. All tees and sweatshirts (not hoodies) are crew neck style. Please refer to the product description and size chart for the product you're considering before you order, and then understand that size choice ultimately falls upon the customer.

Remember that shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts fit all customers differently based on their body types. If you have any doubts about our products before you order, we suggest you contact our customer service team who will try to answer any questions you may have. Ultimately, however, all responsibility for purchase decisions falls upon the customer. Please see our returns and refunds policy before purchasing.

 

Are the colors I see on my screen (in the photos) the colors that are actually on the apparel?

Due to the color differences between screens from different electronic devices (computers, mobile phones, iPads, etc.), especially CRT screens and LCD screens, the actual color of the item may be slightly different from what you see in the photos you're looking at. Please take the actual product received as the standard.


How often do you release new Catholic apparel collections?

Because we want everyone to know the name of Jesus and His Gospel message, we continually design and release new apparel collections. We are on a schedule to launch a new Catholic apparel collection every month with tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies featuring some of our favorite Psalms, Gospel stories, bible verses, prayers, and images of Our Lord.

 

What brands or types of shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies do you use?

We currently use 100% ringspun airlume cotton t-shirts from Bella+Canvas and L.A.T. Apparel. Our hoodies and sweatshirts are an 80/20 cotton/polyester blend from Independent Trading Company and Tultex.

We do not guarantee any garment manufacturer for any of our products. Rescue Story reserves the right to use any garment maker and garment blank for any of our products, and to change the shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie manufacturer we use for any product at any time. Please always refer to the product description and its corresponding size chart to see the factors you should consider when making a purchasing decision.

 

How can I send an item as a gift?

If you want to send an item as a gift, please note in the special instructions on the cart page that the order is a gift and include the name and address of the recipient. Also, use the recipient's shipping address as the shipping address for your item.

 

Why is that ironed or flattened area, or pressing mark (like a box) on my garment?

We use a heat press to adhere all ink onto our shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies, which means you may see a heat press mark (like an iron mark or flattened part of the fabric) on your garment when it arrives. Rest assured that this will wash out on the first washing.
