Returns & Refunds
Rescue Story accepts return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin a return, email info@rescuestoryapparel.co with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.
Please allow 3 business days for a response.
Return Requirements:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
• All accessories must remain attached
• Customer pays return shipping
• A 10% restocking fee applies
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Final sale items cannot be returned
Rescue Story reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine condition before issuing a refund.
Free gifts occasionally included with purchase are not guaranteed and are not refundable or replaceable.
Sale Item Refunds
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please refer to our returns policy and place a new order.
Returning Gifts
Gift returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. All returns must follow our standard return policy.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and posted exceptions).
Customers will receive an email notification when their order ships.
Shipping Notes:
• Delays due to postal service volume or carrier issues are outside of our control
• Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $100

Sizing & Fit
All shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex sizing.
Size charts are provided on every product page.
Tees and sweatshirts are crew neck style (hoodies have a standard hooded fit).
Customers are responsible for size selection.
If unsure, please contact customer service before ordering.
Color Accuracy
Due to differences in device screens (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop), product colors may appear slightly different in person.
The actual garment color you receive is the standard.
New Collection Releases
We release new Catholic apparel collections regularly, featuring Psalms, Gospel stories, Bible verses, prayers, and sacred imagery.
Our goal is to launch a fresh design each month.
Garment Brands Used
We currently use premium garments from Gildan, Bella + Canvas, LAT Apparel, Lane Seven, Rabbit Skins, and Laughing Giraffe.
Note: We reserve the right to update garment manufacturers at any time for any product.
Always refer to the product description and size chart for specifications related to a specific product.
Sending Gifts
To send an item as a gift, note this in the special instructions box at checkout and provide the recipient's shipping address.
Heat Press Marks
Some garments may arrive with a temporary heat press mark (a flattened box-like area). This is normal and will disappear after the first wash.
