Rescue Story processes all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and any other days specifically noted/updated on this page as they arise) of receiving them. You will receive a notification when we ship your order.

There is always the possibility of unforeseen shipping delays due to holiday shipping volumes and postal service problems that are outside of our, so all customers who place orders acknowledge these possible delays by confirming their order using our checkout process.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders of more than $100.


Local Delivery

We do not offer local delivery.


In-store Pickup

We do not offer free international shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rescue Story is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@rescuestoryapparel.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please know which carriers can deliver to your P.O. Box if you have one. If a carrier we use attempts to deliver to a P.O. Box that cannot accept such deliveries, they may return the package to us.

Rescue Story is not responsible for refunding shipping charges to customers who cannot receive packages at their P.O. Box. In such scenarios, please get in touch with us to inquire about an order refund excluding shipping, which will be subject to our complete return policy.

 

Eco-Friendly Shipping

Rescue Story makes every effort to be good stewards of God's creation, so we always use eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials include those that are biodegradable, reusable, recyclable, and recycled.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Submit return requests to info@rescuestoryapparel.co within 7 days of receipt of order. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for your return. Allow 3 business days for an email response with return instructions or a request for more information.

Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and free from blemishes or damage. Rescue Story reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine their condition before entertaining any return requests. Rescue Story does not refund original shipping charges.

  • No returns on final sale items

Rescue Story occasionally includes free gifts with orders. These free gifts are not to be construed as part of the product (see individual product pages for complete product descriptions). Rescue Story reserves the right to include, or not include, any free gift in an order. If customers do not receive a free gift with their order, Rescue Story is under no obligation to refund any portion of the order or offer any type of replacement item.
